I help civil society organisations work together to develop strategy, navigate complexity and influence change. I work with charities, campaigning groups and networks in the UK and internationally that are trying to tackle complex issues and create change. With 15 years of experience working in civil society, I combine advocacy and policy expertise with skilled facilitation to help groups develop shared direction, work through different perspectives and turn ideas into action.

I’m a facilitator, trainer and advocacy specialist with over 15 years’ experience with civil society organisations. My work has spans advocacy, policy and strategic planning, supporting charities, campaigning groups and networks to navigate complex issues, work together effectively and influence change.

I’ve worked across international development and social justice from global advocacy on climate finance to UK campaigns on protest rights. I’ve co-led a 350+ coalition, convened groups to defend the right to campaign, and supported organisations through difficult strategic challenges.

I’m a member of the International Association of Facilitators and an ICA:UK Lead Trainer. My approach is participatory, inclusive and practical.
